i guess im all set to wear tt uniform & officially strt serving my bond to CGH.
hee.
kinda excited.
bt anxious as well.
nt sure what we're gonna do drng our 1 mnth orientation period.
bt i hope it'll be a time where i learn back all those stuffs tt i've clearly forgotten.

gonna strt a new chapter of my life.
i hope aftr this 1 mnth orientation,
im prepared to wrk in wd 25.
its nt really my cup of tea,
but since i'll prolly be stuck there till my 2 yrs bond is over,
i gotta tell myself tt i gotta learn to like it!

idk if i should feel happy or nt getting this wd.
nt so sure of its discipline.
if im nt wrong its a med/cardio wd?
cos my uncle was once admitted there fr heart problems.
& i ever transferred a cardio pt frm wd 29 to wd 25 drng PRCP.
so i guess it really must be a cardio ward, lah.
aiyak, matilah aku.
kalau pt collapse camne, uh?
i think i will also 'collapse' la sey!
wahaha.
but oh wells,
on e bright side,
at least its nt a 'C' class ward.
nyehehehs.
i guess im happy with what im given.
afterall, even if this place sucks,
i'll jst hve to endure fr 2 yrs before leaving for private practice.

woke up in e morning by a phone call frm farhanah.
apparently, she got to know her ward posting alr!
she got MICU la sey.
totally unexpected!
hahakz.
& frm what she knows,
7/8 fresh grads are gg to MICU/SICU,
while only 2 fresh grads are gg to wd45.

idk who e other 5 ppl who're posted to MICU/SICU,
bt i hope its nt me!
hehehs.
i personally think tt im nt capable of wrking in such extreme environment.
so congrats, my dear frnd, and future MICU nurse.
hee.
u kinda got what u wished for.
e probation period may be tough.
bt im sure u will get e hang of it, and ultimately, excel in tt discipline.

i finally got my uniform!
:))
went to CGH's HR office to pass our SNB cert, then we proceed to e Materials dept to collect our uniform! then we went IKEA-ing. followed by late lunch @ Pastamania. & more TM and CS-ing. then we went to Sun Plaza Park to chill.

tried on e dress as soon as i got home. wahlao, so very e unflattering, lah! shall send it for alteration tmr, i guess. & i especially hate e vertical blue line thingy on e bust area. i think SingHealth's enrolled nurses' uniform is much more nicer than ours.

i cant wait for e 13th! even if i've completely forgotten my nursing skills and whatnots. haha. :))

 right outside our resort was Tanjung Benoa beach! these huts are property of Peninsula Beach Resort.

 we had our first lunch at this restaurant. food was good. this is just one of e many unique shops and restaurants located along tanjung benoa..

 delicious seafood, gorgeous sunset view. jimbaran bay was one of my favourite highlight of this trip :)

 e dance was quite entertaining, in a freaky-scary kinda way...

 they say tt e Bebek dish (a local duck delicacy) is a MUST TRY if u go to Bali. its actually pretty chewy and taste sweeter than chicken meat. hahh. and the restaurant is actually located in front of a sawah padi (a rice field?), so i really liked e view :)

 i endured a torturous, nauseating 2 hr car ride just to see this active volcano! bt e view of this stunning place, its simply priceless.

 SHOPPING HEAVEN! this was where i spent most of my $$ on. i simply LOVE this place. nuff' said.

 Discovery Shopping Mall and Kuta Beach was our last place of visit before heading e plane ride home...

trust me, u'll get bizarre cravings every now & then.

i wanna go to e fullerton hotel's choc buffet!
