presenting symptoms: fever x3/7, myalgia x3/7, runny nose x2/7, dry cough x1/7
tx & inx ordered: nasal swab, medications fr symptomatic relieve
final diagnosis: URTI with H1N1 +ve
this is how im spending my AL.
gonna be stuck at home fr a wk (til e 13th)
