my back is aching like crazy.
massage like crazy bt no effect whatsoever.
hate this feeling, man.
watched a documentary on LBP e other day.
they mentioned tt its actually a physiological issue.
fuck, do e fucking researchers even know what it feels like.
its nt freaking 'mind over body' issue sia.
starting to doubt discovery channel's credibility...
am in a really grouchy mood cos of this.
